Today, one of our class members, has been given the New Pupil Leadership role of Year 6 WOW Ambassador. WOW Ambassador is an important role a pupil can take on to support the delivery of WOW in our school. Their key role is to champion all things WOW in their class and across our school, encouraging other pupils to walk or travel actively to school. They will assist with recording journeys on the WOW Travel Tracker and take the responsibility of awarding WOW badges at the end of each month. Warwick Bear came in to congratulate you!
Everyone in Year 6 achieved their November active travel WOW badge, well done everyone.

Our Year 3 and Year 6 children, took part in a Tag Rugby festival event at St Andrews Rugby field. The festival was an opportunity for all of our children, to be introduced to Tag Rugby, a non-contact form of the sport. The children learnt basic skills and how working together can achieve more. We never know, we might have inspired a future World Cup player. Well done to both year groups.
'On Thursday, just before 11, we got our coats and water bottles ready to leave for Tag Rugby. When we got there, we were sorted into teams, forward, France and Georgia. After that, we played against other schools, Oakfield and Rugby Free. After a while, we swapped the schools we were playing. After two hours, we got our water bottles and coats and we left for school. It was then home time!' Kaitlyn.
